Our Mission
Lion Share Unlimited training program's core mission is to promote social and emotional fitness, mental health wellness, financial stability, and supportive community connections for Black men through culturally competent education, and peer mentorship. We aim to make a profound impact by empowering Black men to thrive in all aspects of their lives.

What We Offer
Lion Share Unlimited's approach is unique because we address the specific needs of Black men through:
Mental Health & Wellness: Access to culturally competent healing work, Social and Emotional Intelligence Training, and mental health education that honors Black men’s experiences and reduces stigma.
Community & Connection: Safe spaces, peer support groups, and mentorship programs that foster authentic relationships, emotional expression, and shared growth.
Financial Empowerment: Workshops and coaching on wealth-building, debt management, credit access, and entrepreneurship tailored for Black men, tackling systemic economic disparities head-on.

Why This Matters
Black men hold just 3.4% of the nation’s wealth and face median income gaps over 30%, contributing to long-term economic insecurity. Mental health challenges are rising, with depression rates doubling in recent decades, yet stigma keeps many from seeking help. Social and racial discrimination further isolate Black men, impacting their interpersonal relationships and well-being.
Our program addresses these interconnected challenges through a comprehensive, culturally responsive approach designed to heal, empower, and uplift. By fostering financial independence, emotional resilience, and supportive community ties, we help Black men reclaim their power and thrive.

Values In Action
Lion Share Unlimited is guided by core values that are reflected in our programs and services:
- Cultural Competence: Tailoring our programs to resonate with the unique experiences and backgrounds of Black men.
- Empowerment: Providing the tools and resources needed for financial and emotional independence.
- Community: Fostering a supportive network where Black men can connect and grow together.
- Resilience: Building the mental and emotional strength to overcome challenges.
